How to Submit a Withdrawal Request on Nivella

This page allows eligible consumers to submit a withdrawal request for a contract concluded online through
nivella.app, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

You may use this form to notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase. You may also send a clear
withdrawal statement by email to hello@nivella.app.

Important information

The right of withdrawal may not apply, or may be limited, in some cases involving digital products, software downloads,
SaaS access, licenses, AI Credits, digital services or custom services, especially where digital delivery, activation
or service performance has already started with your prior consent and acknowledgement.

Submitting this form does not automatically mean that the withdrawal request will be accepted. We will review your request
based on the product type, order status, digital delivery status, license activation, AI Credit usage, service performance
and applicable consumer protection rules.

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country or region.

Refund processing

If your withdrawal request is accepted and a refund is due, we will process the refund using the original payment method
where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or WooCommerce payment gateway.

For manual bank transfers, we may ask for bank account details if they are necessary to process the refund.

Digital products, licenses and AI Credits

Many Nivella products are digital products or digital services. This includes software licenses, plugin downloads,
SaaS access, AI Credits, Credit Wallet-related access, Nivella Assistant AI, Nivella PQM products and modules,
implementation services and related digital features.

If digital delivery, download, license activation, AI Credit assignment, AI Credit usage or service performance has already
started with the required consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may be lost or limited, unless mandatory
law provides otherwise.
